Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to enhance customer experience.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster open communication and propose effective solutions.
  • Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
  • Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
  • Adhere to company grooming standards in line with Gucci policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury products.

Skills

Excellent commercial awareness and customer service orientation. High adaptability to diverse customer needs. Strong team-player mentality. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of luxury products. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
