Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators by utilizing available data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing best-in-class service in line with hospitality guidelines.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
- Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
