Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
- Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome protocols.
- Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment of entry.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or in the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
