Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
- Craft an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to provide tailored client solutions.
- Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
