Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing exemplary service in line with hospitality guidelines.
- Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships and making them feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to effectively serve clients.
- Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and cultivating top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and in-depth knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
