Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by utilizing available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships to make them feel valued from their first interaction.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to provide tailored client solutions.
- Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
