Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in consistently meeting guest expectations.
- Ensure attentive guest service and provide active support when necessary.
- Assist the Head Bartender in planning drink and food service in the bar.
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal age for alcohol purchase.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, balancing the cash register.
- Maintain a clean work and dining area, including trash removal, table cleaning, and washing of glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Take orders and ensure guests feel well-cared-for during their time at the bar or event.
- Assist in other operational functions, including restaurant opening and closing duties, cleaning and clearing tables, and side duties such as polishing silverware and filling condiments.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Italian bar industry.
- Additional international experience and achievements are advantageous.
- Adherence to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to transport dishes from the kitchen to tables.
