Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure exemplary service delivery and meticulous mise en place preparation.
  • Take orders and guide clients through the dining experience, recommending meal and wine pairings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Chef de Rang role.
  • Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
