Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
  • Deliver personalized client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, anticipating client needs and providing tailored suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed on best sellers and new arrivals.
  • Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
  • Utilize company tools and applications effectively and participate in company platforms.
  • Adhere to all Gucci and Kering policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

Skills

Proficiency in using technology and learning new systems. Competency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
