Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team KPIs including sales targets, client outreach, and conversion rates.
- Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
- Support back-of-house operations including cycle counts and stock management.
Qualifications
- Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
