Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform sales transactions for all payment methods.
  • Provide accurate day-end reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of petty cash in/out.
  • Maintain records of stock transfer, inventory, and transactions.
  • Ensure the workplace is clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduate or higher in any discipline.
  • Retail and customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with POS system operations is advantageous.

Skills

Efficient and accurate typing skills. Strong customer service attitude. Good administrative skills. Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office. Excellent command of spoken German and English.

Experience

Prior experience in retail and customer service is preferred, with familiarity in POS system operations considered an advantage.

Education

Secondary school graduate or higher.
