Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager and Vice President to drive seasonal business strategies exceeding financial goals within Open to Buy (OTB) parameters.
- Ensure implementation of key messages and guidelines in the assortment during buying campaigns with guidance from Worldwide merchandising.
- Develop assortments aligned with brand growth strategies and financial plans.
- Analyze selling trends and manage reorders and consolidations to optimize sales and profitability.
- Partner with Inventory Planning for timely allocation of new products, prioritizing key locations and channels for an omnichannel approach.
- Work with Visual Merchandising to highlight high potential products and styles needing support.
- Conduct in-season analysis and propose strategies to optimize assortments by store and channel.
- Manage the merchandising process, providing product guidance and facilitating new orders in collaboration with Worldwide Merchandising and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate special projects across categories during buying campaigns.
- Deliver qualitative and quantitative feedback to Worldwide teams.
- Review competitor activity and monitor pricing to optimize product positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant buying experience in fashion and/or luxury environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
