Groupe Les Echos Le Parisien in Paris seeks a Junior Audience Project Manager (Internship) to grow digital audiences across Les Echos brands.

Overview

Groupe Les Echos Le Parisien is a leading French media group combining business and general-interest titles, including Les Echos and Le Parisien. The organisation operates multi‑brand newsrooms and digital platforms, emphasising editorial rigour, audience development and cross‑channel distribution to reach professional and consumer readers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Audiences Numériques team in the distribution and promotion of editorial content across channels (newsletters, emailings, push notifications, apps, social networks, search engines).
  • Manage and optimise group newsletters: select content, follow routing, analyse open/click KPIs and propose improvements to increase retention and conversion.
  • Monitor video performance across the site, YouTube and social platforms; produce weekly reports and data‑driven editorial recommendations to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial teams to design and execute audience growth initiatives aimed at recruiting new readers, listeners and subscribers.
  • Contribute to regular performance reporting and dashboards, identify trends and propose actionable optimisations for distribution and editorial calendars.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a master's programme at a business school or university (in progress) or equivalent postgraduate study.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in media and current affairs.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling data and basic KPI analysis.
  • Good digital literacy and familiarity with editorial and distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.

Experience

Entry‑level / beginner. Suitable for master’s students or recent graduates with an interest in digital media; prior professional experience in audience or content roles is helpful but not required.
