Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the Glenmorangie brand, ensuring all interactions reflect its values.
  • Supervise seasonal staff and ensure the delivery of all tour types to the highest standard.
  • Maximize retail opportunities during tastings and tours.
  • Complete all checklists, requisitions, and opening and closing duties for each shift.
  • Maintain accurate staffing levels and rotas to meet daily visitor center requirements.
  • Ensure effective product display and stock replenishment throughout the day.
  • Administer cash floats accurately in each till.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures at the Glenmorangie Visitor Centre.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury operational hospitality environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with DVC booking and till systems. Strong situational management skills. Attention to detail. Ability to connect with people and work in a rural environment. Calm demeanor under pressure. Good sense of humor reflecting the brand's tone.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy luxury operational hospitality environment is required.
