Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
• Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support operational teams and assist guests with local area information.
• Act as a concierge, arranging travel, tours, and dining for guests.
• Manage all House email communications and maintain accurate property management records.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock levels of consumables and manage incident reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service.
• Familiarity with technology and its application in operational efficiency.
