Role & Responsibilities

• Advocate and serve as an ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
• Attain expertise as an Ardbeg Mixologist.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of bartenders and bar staff.
• Educate consumers on using the Ardbeg range in cocktails and tastings.
• Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
• Prepare and deliver cocktail-making sessions at Ardbeg House and DVC.
• Lead cocktail service periods to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Liaise with management and other departments for smooth operations.
• Engage with customers to promote Ardbeg.
• Ensure tastings are conducted to the highest standard and maximize upsell opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
• Collaborate with the House Kitchen team to ensure a cohesive food and cocktail experience.
• Complete checklists for opening or closing shifts.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures at Ardbeg House.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Demonstrated situational management skills.
