Role & Responsibilities
- Advocate and serve as an ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
- Attain expertise as an Ardbeg Mixologist.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of bartenders and bar staff.
- Educate consumers on using the Ardbeg range in cocktails and tastings.
- Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
- Prepare and deliver cocktail-making sessions at Ardbeg House and DVC.
- Lead cocktail service periods to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Liaise with management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Engage with customers to promote Ardbeg.
- Ensure tastings are conducted to the highest standard and maximize upsell opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
- Collaborate with the House Kitchen team to ensure a cohesive food and cocktail experience.
- Complete checklists for opening or closing shifts.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures at Ardbeg House.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Demonstrated situational management skills.
