Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly reports including sell-in, revenue analysis, depletions, and market share.
  • Deliver timely and accurate business performance communications to stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support marketing and business development teams.
  • Act as a finance business partner for hospitality and e-commerce teams.
  • Assist in constructing Maison budget guidelines and preparing forecast cycles.
  • Prepare business analysis and comments for R&O, budget, LE, and PMT books submitted to MH and LVMH.
  • Analyze strategic markets and business dynamics using external data.
  • Assist business development team with ad-hoc analysis, business reviews, and market visits.
  • Develop relationships with local teams to understand market dynamics.
  • Conduct competitor trend analysis.
  • Build P&L and profitability analysis for new product proposals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role.

Skills

Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Essbase, Cognos, Qlick, Anaplan. Excellent communication and listening skills. Entrepreneurial and proactive approach. Strong commercial acumen. Ability to work across functions and cultures.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis role.

Education

Degree in Finance or a related field.
