Role & Responsibilities

  • Support non-operational functions including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Hospitality, and Whisky Creation.
  • Deliver HR projects and initiatives within assigned business areas.
  • Provide expert HR advice to ensure organizational changes are understood and implemented.
  • Advise the Head of HR on necessary adaptations to the organizational structure.
  • Manage headcount planning budgets for business areas.
  • Conduct career conversations to support employee mobility and progression.
  • Coach managers on inclusive recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensure effective management of employee relations cases.
  • Support the ICR process by coaching managers on compensation discussions.
  • Guide line managers through employee relations issues as a confidential advisor.
  • Anticipate and adapt to internal and external trends affecting business operations.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in HR.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation, and presentation. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail. Calm and flexible demeanor. Collaborative working style and strong team player.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources is required.
