Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the Glenmorangie brand, passionately advocating its values.
  • Oversee the Front of House and Housekeeping functions, ensuring a 5-star guest experience.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, including guest requirements and billing.
  • Lead meal service periods to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Educate guests on the food and whisky journey, enhancing their experience.
  • Ensure tastings are conducted to the highest standard, maximizing upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the House and Communications team for VIP and special events planning.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest toilets, and back-of-house service areas.
  • Complete checklists for opening and closing shifts.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs) with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures in Guest Experience areas.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage diverse situations, including interactions with High Net Worth Individuals and VIPs.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
