Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global brand equity programs to enhance brand positioning and consumer value.
  • Collaborate with key markets to execute brand plans effectively.
  • Lead product and packaging development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
  • Manage allocated budgets and resources with agility.
  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador to strengthen Ardbeg's reputation internally and externally.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on brand-related activities to the organization.
  • Support local marketing teams and internal departments in alignment with global brand strategy.
  • Contribute to transversal projects within the company and Moët Hennessy.
  • Inspire and collaborate with other departments and markets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG or luxury marketing environments.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, product development, and advertising communications.
  • Experience in leading packaging design and product development projects.
  • Demonstrated budget management experience.
