Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the Ardbeg brand, ensuring the guest experience aligns with luxury standards.
  • Manage Ardbeg House operations to deliver exceptional service and meet luxury boutique hotel standards.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the DVC team to optimize guest experiences across sites.
  • Lead and develop the Ardbeg House team to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and manage team performance.
  • Drive sales and manage rates to exceed budgeted revenues.
  • Oversee financial management, including budget setting and financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-level customer service.
  • Experience with hotel booking and till systems.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and situational management skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury operational hospitality environment, with a focus on customer service excellence.
