Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a passionate ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
- Support operational teams as needed.
- Educate guests about the House and local area, arranging bookings as required.
- Lead meal service periods to ensure quality service.
- Manage customer flow to meet service and revenue targets.
- Conduct tastings to the highest standard and maximize upsell opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
- Collaborate with Hotel and Communications teams for VIP and special events planning.
- Oversee food and beverage delivery during events.
- Train team members in company standards and operations.
- Complete checklists for shift patterns, including opening and closing.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
- Experience in luxury hospitality.
- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service.
- Experience in telephone sales.
- Demonstrated situational management skills.
