Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute e-commerce and brand campaigns, optimizing the customer journey and managing product listings.
  • Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through CRM strategies, personalization, and data analysis.
  • Design and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns while maintaining brand voice and ensuring data privacy compliance.
  • Support digital experiences and marketing strategies for physical brand locations.
  • Maintain an e-commerce trading calendar aligned with brand priorities, including product drops and promotions.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of launching new products online, including SKU setup and merchandising.
  • Ensure optimal site performance and a smooth path to purchase by collaborating with development and UX teams.
  • Monitor and manage online stock levels, coordinating with supply chain/logistics to resolve stock or order issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer loyalty programs, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Shopify.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer loyalty programs, digital marketing, or a related field is required.
