Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational management of the Distillery Visitor Centre, ensuring a luxury guest experience aligned with the Ardbeg brand.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Ardbeg brand, passionately advocating its values and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the House team to optimize guest experiences across multiple sites.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop the Ardbeg DVC team to deliver exemplary customer service.
  • Ensure the team understands their roles and operates in a professional, efficient manner.
  • Work with Brand Communications and Head of Brand Home to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Manage budgets and provide performance reports, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Act as premises manager, maintaining an up-to-date operational premises licence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury operational hospitality environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with DVC booking and till systems. Strong situational management skills and attention to detail. Ability to connect with people and work effectively in a rural setting. Calm demeanor under pressure and a good sense of humor.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy luxury operational hospitality environment.
