Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational management of the Distillery Visitor Centre, ensuring a luxury guest experience.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Ardbeg brand, embodying its values and ethos.
  • Collaborate with the House team to optimize guest experiences across multiple sites.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Visitor Centre team to deliver exemplary customer service.
  • Ensure the team is well-prepared to operate professionally and efficiently.
  • Work with Brand Communications and Head of Brand Home to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and maintain operational licenses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury operational hospitality environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with booking and till systems. Strong situational management skills. Attention to detail. Ability to connect with people and work in a rural setting. Calmness under pressure. Good sense of humor reflecting the brand's tone.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy luxury operational hospitality environment is required.
