Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Ardbeg brand, creating memorable visitor experiences.
- Deliver tastings with precision and support retail opportunities.
- Conduct tours to a high standard and ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the DVC team to develop seasonal tour programming aligned with brand storytelling.
- Complete operational checklists and perform opening/closing duties daily.
- Maintain a welcoming and well-presented environment in all visitor-facing areas.
- Provide knowledgeable retail support, assisting guests in exploring and purchasing products.
- Support café and Ardstream operations as needed, adapting to various visitor experience areas.
- Perform daily reconciliation of tills and credit card machines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain vigilance to ensure the safety of staff and guests, resolving or reporting issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with stock and till systems.
- Demonstrated situational management skills, capable of engaging with both the general public and VIPs.
