Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and store deliveries efficiently.
  • Manage inventory and liaise with Head and Sous Chef for ordering.
  • Prepare mise-en-place for service.
  • Deliver menu items to the required standard.
  • Organize the preparation of specialty dishes.
  • Adhere to kitchen rotas to manage resources effectively.
  • Support team members to exceed goals and maintain a positive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Hygiene policies.
  • Complete and communicate risk assessments, accident reports, and inspections.
  • Understand and enact fire safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality catering environment.
  • Experience in precision and detail-oriented operations.
  • Proven ability to offer high-level customer service.
  • Potential to cook to Rosette standard.
  • Familiarity with stock and till systems.

Skills

Situational management skills to handle diverse personalities and stress. Ability to connect easily with people. Engagement in business growth and development. Good sense of humor reflecting the brand's tone.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality catering environment, with a focus on precision and detail.
