Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store deliveries efficiently.
- Manage inventory and liaise with Head and Sous Chef for ordering.
- Prepare mise-en-place for service.
- Deliver menu items to the required standard.
- Organize the preparation of specialty dishes.
- Adhere to kitchen rotas to manage resources effectively.
- Support team members to exceed goals and maintain a positive environment.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Hygiene policies.
- Complete and communicate risk assessments, accident reports, and inspections.
- Understand and enact fire safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality catering environment.
- Experience in precision and detail-oriented operations.
- Proven ability to offer high-level customer service.
- Potential to cook to Rosette standard.
- Familiarity with stock and till systems.
