Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the commercial agenda for the Americas and Europe regions, focusing on market prioritization, portfolio focus, pricing, channel strategy, and distribution targets.
  • Oversee commercial and brand execution, contributing to global brand strategies and ensuring effective implementation of market plans.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring market forecasting accuracy, product supply, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure clear performance management through effective measurement, evaluation, and reporting of regional and market commercial performance.
  • Develop a respected standing within the organization by fostering strong relationships and leading with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

  • International experience in the Wines & Spirits industry, preferably in the USA and/or Europe.
  • Proven commercial experience in sales and/or marketing with a strong commercial understanding and financial acumen.
  • Luxury sensibility with the ability to balance short-term commercial decisions with long-term brand building objectives.

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in navigating complex matrix organizations. Expertise in leading through influence and uniting teams around a shared vision. Strong emotional intelligence and appreciation for diverse markets and cultures.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Wines & Spirits industry, with a focus on international markets.
