Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and achieve various sales targets within the store.
  • Lead employees in executing standard operating procedures, including daily operations, inventory management, cashier standards, and service processes.
  • Implement and oversee promotional plans effectively.
  • Develop sales plans and analyze sales reports.
  • Maintain brand image and ensure staff appearance aligns with brand standards.
  • Collect market and competitor information.
  • Organize monthly and daily staff schedules efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software.
