Givenchy (LVMH) seeks a Senior Sales Advisor — Women's Ready-to-Wear in Paris. Full-time role delivering bespoke client experiences at the flagship boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage local and international clients entering the flagship boutique, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
- Deliver personalized service by understanding clients' needs, preferences and style to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Present Givenchy collections with authority, communicating the Maison’s history and the distinguishing features of each piece.
- Guide clients through product selections and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell based on individual client profiles.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display management to ensure an attractive, brand-consistent environment in store.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding targets; proactively pursue revenue opportunities.
- Embody the brand image through impeccable grooming and adherence to Givenchy’s presentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues and back-office teams to ensure seamless client service and operational coherence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury and fashion trends and translate insights into client conversations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within luxury fashion or an equally demanding client-centric environment.
- Demonstrable product expertise in women's ready-to-wear; deep understanding of fabric, fit and construction expected.
- Fluent English (spoken) — ability to engage international clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets; results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
- Strong team spirit, resilience in a fast-paced environment and commitment to embodying the Givenchy identity.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years in luxury retail or a high-end, client-focused sales role, with documented success in sales and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
