Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure global harmonization of Customer Service by coordinating between boutiques, production centers, repair centers, regional teams, and headquarters departments such as IT, Retail Excellence, Operations, and Finance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators of global customer service and manage the activity accordingly.
  • Provide unified directives to global teams and ensure their adherence.
  • Facilitate the escalation and resolution of issues encountered, implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and create training documentation to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage Quality & Care Services operations across EMEA, handling complaints and returns from Retail Boutiques, LVMH Customer Service, and Warehouses.
  • Regularly communicate issues and corrective action plans to internal teams and regions.
  • Address and track improvement requests.
  • Oversee repairs and spare parts orders, organizing and monitoring the flow of returned items and spare parts, maintaining constant communication with EMEA colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively. Dynamic, initiative-driven, and responsive with a product sensitivity.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required, with a preference for backgrounds in retail or after-sales service.

Education

Degree from a Business School, Fashion School, University, or equivalent.
