Givenchy in Paris seeks a Global Clienteling Intern for a 6-month internship to support global customer experience strategy and regional activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Clienteling department in building and implementing the worldwide client experience strategy.
  • Compile, analyse and report campaign and activation metrics (conversion rate, ROI, qualitative feedback) to inform regional and global decision-making.
  • Liaise with regional teams (US, China, APAC, EMEA) to catalogue client activations and document best practices.
  • Support regions in developing client activations and ensure adherence to global clienteling guidelines.
  • Coordinate annual and seasonal gifting strategy from concept through distribution to regional offices.
  • Manage the VIC client lists and contribute to the client experience planning for Paris fashion shows.
  • Develop and help disseminate clienteling tools and materials (activation menus, trainings, newsletters) to regional teams.
  • Assist with monthly tracking and control of the clienteling budget and maintain an up-to-date calendar of clienteling activities.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on clienteling and customer experience initiatives within luxury and adjacent industries.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • First professional experience (internship or similar) within a Customer Experience, Clienteling or CRM function in a luxury house is preferred.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organised, rigorous, attentive to detail and able to work autonomously.
  • Creative mindset, proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative.

Experience

Entry-level internship: candidate should have a first internship or work exposure within a Customer Experience/Clienteling/CRM team in a luxury brand or related environment.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business or a related field.
