Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Women's Leather Goods collection merchandising team across the full development cycle.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence on product assortments, pricing, communication and distribution.
  • Contribute to collection planning and prepare logistic materials for development meetings and showrooms.
  • Coordinate sketches and product information with designers; assist in product codification and creation of showroom sales tools (sales books, briefs).
  • Manage prototypes on receipt and throughout the showroom period (inventory, photography coordination, follow-up of corrections).
  • Maintain sketch and catalogue information during development and showroom phases.
  • Produce product information documents for Training and e-commerce teams.
  • Analyze weekly performance: detailed sell-out retail tracking and ad hoc sales analyses.
  • Contribute to post-showroom reports including sell-in analyses, best-seller identification and KPI reviews, and quantitative/qualitative showroom debriefs.

Qualifications

  • Valid French internship agreement (Convention de stage) mandatory.
  • Enrollment in a business school or a Master’s programme specialized in Fashion, Luxury Management or equivalent.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is indispensable.
  • Strong numerical proficiency and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and solid command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, strong organisational ability, flexibility and proactive attitude.

Experience

Entry-level internship; a previous similar internship in luxury or fashion is appreciated but not required.

Education

Business school or Master's degree in Fashion, Luxury Management, Business or equivalent.
