Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales activities at the store counter, ensuring each customer is attended to with care and monthly sales targets are met.
  • Utilize Givenchy's sales techniques to demonstrate and sell products, including makeup and skincare.
  • Maintain and input daily sales data accurately.
  • Provide proactive customer service, understanding customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
  • Uphold the brand image by creating memorable shopping experiences and conveying Givenchy's brand values.
  • Assist in daily store operations, including inventory checks and ensuring accurate data.
  • Adhere to brand operation standards, assisting with counter and store displays.
  • Support the store manager with various store-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent personal appearance with no visible facial blemishes.
  • Good health with no undesirable habits or visible tattoos and piercings.
  • Proficient sales skills with a deep understanding of brand and product knowledge.
  • Preferably two years of experience in cosmetics sales.
