Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage the Givenchy Beijing SKP 2F Men store and drive business performance.
- Set action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, reinforcing sales techniques among the team.
- Monitor daily KPIs and sales results to ensure targets are met.
- Develop data collection processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Propose and advise on events to enhance business and expand the client database.
- Lead by example in presentation and grooming, ensuring the team represents the brand consistently.
- Maintain the store at an excellence level, overseeing cleaning, facilities, and store maintenance.
- Foster team spirit and create an atmosphere that encourages performance and initiative.
