Role & Responsibilities

  • Set up production equipment according to guidelines from the section manager and machine leader, progressively achieving greater autonomy.
  • Operate assigned production machinery, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings during production, promptly implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in systematic quality control checks of products at the end of the production line.
  • Support the loading of pieces onto handling units for subsequent production phases.
  • Document production output, including reporting on defective items and machine downtimes.
  • Assist the section manager and/or machine leader in the maintenance and management of equipment.

Qualifications

  • Completion of technical and/or professional studies.

Skills

High level of attention to detail and precision. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and establish good relationships with colleagues.

Experience

Previous experience with industrial and/or robotic machinery is advantageous.

Education

Technical or professional education required.
