Role & Responsibilities
- Set up production equipment according to provided specifications with increasing autonomy.
- Operate assigned production machinery, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.
- Monitor and adjust machinery settings during production, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct systematic quality checks on products at the end of the production line.
- Assist in loading products onto handling units for subsequent production phases.
- Document production output, defects, and machine downtimes.
- Support the section manager and machine leader in equipment maintenance and management.
Qualifications
- Completion of technical and/or professional studies.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience with industrial and/or robotic machinery is advantageous.
Education
Technical or professional education completed.
