Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and adjustment of industrial machinery to achieve operational autonomy.
• Provide mechanical, electronic, and IT support for operational tasks.
• Engage in the use and management of collaborative and traditional robots.
• Participate in the programming and daily improvement activities of new machinery.
• Support quality control processes with a focus on machine settings.
• Contribute to the loading and unloading operations of products from machinery.
• Learn and adhere to Ginori 1735's decorative standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Completed technical, mechanical, or electronic education or relevant field experience.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
