Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive management of events, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury identity.
- Select and coordinate venues, suppliers, and partners for event execution.
- Handle logistics and movement of products for events.
- Ensure all event experiences align with luxury brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team for planning and budget management.
- Manage relationships with external agencies as needed.
- Serve as the liaison with the Product team for gifting activities and event-specific product development.
- Distribute and manage press materials to agencies and media outlets.
- Draft and update weekly press clippings.
- Manage product logistics for photo shoots and editorials.
- Coordinate the distribution of internally produced content and assets.
- Oversee gifting activities, including special occasion requirements.
- Handle partner requests for events and PR activities.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze ROI, proposing improvements.
- Coordinate premium suppliers and partners to maintain high-quality standards.
- Support the integrated communication strategy, focusing on storytelling and brand heritage enhancement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in PR and event management, preferably in luxury, design, or hospitality sectors.
