Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the loading and unloading of products on kiln plates or conveyor belts, adhering to specific placement guidelines.
- Monitor product quality entering and exiting the firing process.
- Operate pallet jacks for transporting product units within the work area.
- Check kiln status parameters via control panel or computer interface.
- Perform machinery setup, adjusting parameters on the control panel or computer interface.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and managing industrial machinery.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong teamwork orientation.
- Punctuality and reliability.
