Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the loading and unloading of products onto kiln plates or conveyor belts, adhering to specific placement instructions.
  • Inspect product quality before and after the firing process.
  • Operate pallet jacks to transport product units within the work area.
  • Monitor kiln status parameters via control panels or computers.
  • Perform machinery setup and adjust parameters on control panels or computers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating and managing industrial machinery.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
