Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the loading and unloading of products onto kiln plates or conveyor belts, adhering to specific placement instructions.
- Inspect product quality before and after the firing process.
- Operate pallet jacks to transport product units within the work area.
- Monitor kiln status parameters via control panels or computers.
- Perform machinery setup and adjust parameters on control panels or computers.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and managing industrial machinery.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
