Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication regarding workplace health and safety and environmental initiatives.
  • Manage medical examinations and maintain health and safety documentation.
  • Collaborate with non-profit organizations to support sustainability and corporate events.
  • Prepare reports for the General Services, Facilities, and Indirect Procurement Department.
  • Assist in the selection and qualification of new suppliers.
  • Develop internal and external communication campaigns for sustainability initiatives.
  • Enhance relationships with industry associations and administrative bodies.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in roles related to health and safety, general services, or procurement management.

Education

Secondary school diploma.
