Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of service providers including catering, cleaning, and porterage.
- Oversee the company's material warehouse, ensuring proper stock management and receipt of goods.
- Manage the company fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and new assignments.
- Coordinate postal and courier services for various company functions.
- Assist in organizing and executing corporate initiatives and events, coordinating necessary services such as delivery, transportation, and equipment handling.
- Manage the 'Equipment and Furnishings' warehouse, cataloging assets, optimizing allocations, and monitoring inventory and asset movement.
- Maintain the technical archive of the building, ensuring its digital upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with procedures for consulting historical samples.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, or a technical high school diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
