Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operational engineering aspects of industrial machinery and both collaborative and traditional robots.
  • Plan and supervise short- and medium-term maintenance activities, collaborating with production departments to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Support project management activities within Operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide operational support for engineering projects within manufacturing, conducting technical analyses and proposing innovative process optimization solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical technology, electromechanics, and technical drawing.

Skills

Proficiency in mechanical, apparatus, and tool terminology. Advanced knowledge of Office tools and CAD software. Strong English language skills and basic project management knowledge. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Proactive and capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Experience

Relevant experience in engineering and maintenance roles within a manufacturing setting is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
