Role & Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, including entry and confirmation processes.
• Support pre-sales activities by handling samples, gifts, and consignment processes from data entry to shipment preparation.
• Provide customer and sales support by creating mailing lists, distributing marketing materials, and preparing client-specific files and databases.
• Collaborate with the team to handle complaints, verify received reports, and manage replacement orders and return processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or context.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Precision, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with clients and colleagues across various functions.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Registered in targeted employment lists.
