Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in customer segmentation and profiling using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards to monitor main client KPIs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities in customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Contribute to developing tools and client engagement content to enhance the in-store client experience.
  • Support the senior manager with the implementation of in-store event formats, factory visits, and client experiences in and around Florence.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in luxury retail, customer experience, and brand loyalty.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot is advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights. Fluency in English and ideally in Italian.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and customer engagement is essential.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
