Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the brand’s visual merchandising directives across the store, including window displays, floor sets and fixture layouts.
  • Assemble and dress mannequins and displays to reflect seasonal campaigns and local commercial priorities.
  • Execute planograms and display schematics with precision, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Prepare materials and physical elements for store resets, promotional launches and stock rotations.
  • Work closely with store management and sales teams to optimise product presentation for conversion and to manage in-store availability of display pieces.
  • Monitor visual quality daily, identify improvements and carry out corrective actions to preserve the brand image.
  • Participate in inventory handling for display items and ensure safe storage and maintenance of props and fixtures.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme in visual merchandising, fashion, retail or a related vocational course (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent).
  • Keen aesthetic sensibility and a demonstrable interest in fashion presentation and store design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to exacting brand standards.
  • Good physical stamina and comfort with manual tasks such as lifting, fixture installation and ladder work.
  • Clear verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with store and regional teams.
  • Flexible availability to support store needs, including schedule variations for merchandising installs.

Experience

Suitable for candidates at the beginning of their careers; previous retail or visual merchandising experience is an advantage but not mandatory for an alternance position.

Currently enrolled in an accredited vocational programme in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management or a closely related field (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent), to satisfy alternance/apprenticeship requirements.
