Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, client-focused service to customers, guiding product selection and providing expert advice on watches and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and follow-up on client enquiries.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are curated according to brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and manage cash-handling and reconciliation duties.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks, replenish sales floor and report discrepancies.
- Handle after-sales service, warranties and client requests, escalating complex issues to store management as required.
- Contribute to loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with store security procedures.
- Support store opening/closing procedures and collaborate with colleagues to sustain a polished in-store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with a client-first mindset.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or fashion accessories.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic cash-handling tasks accurately.
- Legal authorization to work in France.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is preferred; candidates with at least one year in a customer-facing sales role will be prioritised. Experience in watches, jewellery or fashion accessories is an advantage.
Education
Secondary-school certificate (Baccalauréat or equivalent) preferred; vocational retail training or diplomas in sales are a plus.
