Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, client-focused service to customers, guiding product selection and providing expert advice on watches and accessories.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and follow-up on client enquiries.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are curated according to brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and manage cash-handling and reconciliation duties.
  • Manage stock: receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks, replenish sales floor and report discrepancies.
  • Handle after-sales service, warranties and client requests, escalating complex issues to store management as required.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with store security procedures.
  • Support store opening/closing procedures and collaborate with colleagues to sustain a polished in-store environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-service orientation with a client-first mindset.
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery or fashion accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic cash-handling tasks accurately.
  • Legal authorization to work in France.

Experience
