Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-net-worth and walk-in customers, ensuring an elevated boutique experience.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through active selling, product storytelling and upselling techniques.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining compliance with cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising guidelines, including window and floor displays, to reflect brand identity.
  • Support stock management activities: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Record client data and follow up proactively through clienteling activities to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken French; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
  • Proven customer-facing retail skills with an emphasis on luxury or premium products.
  • Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a polished professional presentation.

Experience
