Leading luxury house — Paris: Sales Advisor (Seasonal, July–August) role in a flagship boutique delivering concierge-level client service.

Overview

A leading international luxury house operating flagship boutiques and retail concessions across major fashion capitals. As part of a global luxury group, the employer emphasizes craftsmanship, heritage product storytelling and an elevated client experience across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑calibre, personalised service to clients, cultivating relationships and executing clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, product presentation and tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising guidelines, ensuring displays reflect seasonal directives and brand aesthetics.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage returns and assist with day‑to‑day till reconciliation and cash handling.
  • Receive and replenish stock, support inventory counts and adhere to loss‑prevention and brand security procedures.
  • Support in‑store events and private client appointments during peak summer trading (July–August).

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation with exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability full‑time for the July–August period, including weekends and evenings as required by boutique hours.
  • Right to work in France (if applicable) and ability to comply with store uniform/appearance standards.
  • Previous retail experience preferred; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands is an advantage.

Experience

Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates.
